Set it up before they arrive — A few simple details from your team are all we need to get the photobook moving.

Share the guest itinerary, travel dates and key destinations so we can plan the book around their journey.

Tell us how many books are required and provide the guest details (the number of guests and their names) needed for the order.
Brief the driver/guide
We give the driver/guide simple instructions on how to capture and share photographs during the trip.
2. During the trip
Capture the journey — Your driver/guide captures the moments — we make sure the right ones make it into the book.
Photographs are captured
The guide photographs the experience naturally alongside the guests.
Photos are shared with us
The photographs are sent to us as the safari progresses. No complicated upload process is required at all - WhatsApp is enough.
We curate the story
We select the best quality photographs of the best moments and organise them into a story that reflects the journey.
3. After the trip
Take the experience home — Before the guests leave, their safari becomes something they can hold, keep & share.
We design and print
We turn the photographs into a professionally designed Safari Photobook — we design → you approve → we print.
The book is delivered
We coordinate delivery so the book reaches the guest before they leave Kenya.
The story continues
The guest takes the book home, shares it with friends and family, and continues engaging with the experience through the story and tree QR code in their book.
Then the journey continues
The guest takes their photobook home, and the experience and impact continue long after the safari has ended.
Step 1: Their QR code opens the next chapter
Each book includes a personalised QR code that gives the guest access to monitor their environmental impact i.e , we plant 5 trees for each book made, giving their journey a lasting connection to the Kenyan experience.
Step 2: Your brand stays part of the story
The photobook keeps the connection between you and the guest tangible. And ongoing updates about their trees and the story behind them gives you another opportunity to remain part of that relationship.
